Responsibilities |
ORDERS
1. Receiving orders; 2. Entering orders into WHS system (Movex); 3. Verifying (qty, pricing etc…); 4. Passing orders onto to production for scheduling; 5. Maintaining customer requested delivery dates; 6. Confirming orders, prices & availability with customer; 7. Following up on orders through different channels; 8. Informing customers (delays and partial shipments); 9. Informing cash in advance customers of payment needed; 10. Follow up on all back orders; 11. Follow-up on orders whereby customer has requested priorities; 12. Follow-up with shipping dept when shipments not received 13. Follow-up with customer on findings re: shipments delays; 14. Advise different depts. of modifications to original order; 15. Making sure that all modifications are also registered in Movex; 16. Follow-up on customer inventories; 17. Advising appropriate parties of changes to inventories; 18. Initiate invoices and credits.
ADMINISTRATIVE
19. Keep price authorization books up-to-date; 20. Making sure price in system is identical to price authorization; 21. Maintain customer information file; 22. Creation of new customers, ensuring info is recorded accurately; 23. Advising different depts. of particularities concerning a customer (ie: Certificates, shipping instructions, palletization etc…); 24. Related filling and copies. 25. Execution of all other duties as required by superior.
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
26. Initiate internal and external complaints through Capa system. 27. Issue RTI 28. Issue credit and debit notes; 29. Update customers on complaint resolution

Qualifications |
1. Partial College or equivalent; 2. 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position; 3. Ability to prioritize; 4. Ability to work independently and under pressure; 5. Well organized, energetic, analytical and creative; 6. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc); 7. Interpersonal and communications skills to work cross-functionally. |
