Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced technology recruiter to join our expanding Talent Acquisition team in London to support several Comcast companies across Europe, India and the US. This role is ideal for an experienced technology recruiter who is looking to have full ownership of their desk and maintain high level of service towards our hiring managers and candidates.You will work from our central London office one day a week and work from home the rest of the time. Travel to Osterley might be required.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Owns the full recruitment lifecycle: job launch, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, hiring manager coaching, candidate management, offers, contract drafting, and onboarding.
- Designs and executes sourcing strategies to attract top talent, with a strong focus on passive candidate engagement.
- Builds trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and market insights throughout the hiring process.
- Advises stakeholders on regional hiring nuances and best practices to ensure effective and inclusive recruitment.
- Conducts external market research to inform sourcing strategies and stay ahead of talent trends.
- Collaborates with HR to draft employment contracts and coordinate background checks.
- Engages with other COEs (finance, IT, office…) across the organisation to finalise offers and onboarding.
- Leads or contributes to special projects, including process improvements and senior-level hiring initiatives.
- Exercises sound judgment and discretion in all recruitment matters.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Core Competencies:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Skilled in stakeholder management across regions and functions with a proven track record of influencing recruitment strategies. You must be an effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven. You must be comfortable handling a certain amount of admin duties and adhering to different processes.
- Agile and adaptable; comfortable working across multiple teams and geographies.
- Strong sourcing capabilities for technical roles (engineering, product, data science).
- Proven experience having recruited outside of the UK, ideally across Europe, India and the US.
- Collaborative mindset; thrives in a matrixed environment.
- Comfortable in fostering connections with candidates from varied backgrounds and experiences.
