Organization & Team Overview

As the systems support team, we support the Access Solutions team. This team is responsible for quoting offnet access. Off-net refers to Comcasts partnership with vendors from across the United States and US Territories. Access Solutions supports the Comcast Business SMB, mid-market and enterprise sales organizations.

Role Description

The Systems support team supports multiple applications, user interfaces and the off-net quoting team member by updating, enhancing, and maintaining a custom quoting engine and updating processes for the team. Additionally, we work with partners throughout Comcast Business to coordinate integrated system updates and any associated process changes. This is a chance to use your creativeness to provide unique solutions to help Comcast in the international space.

Job Responsibilities

This Position will offer the opportunity to learn and understand detailed project plans, action items, and major milestone timelines in support of a growing organization in Comcast Business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Updating and creating system and process flow charts and job aides
  • Grooming enhancements and process improvements
  • Learn and support continuous improvement initiatives and develop and understanding of system logic and translation as it relates to defining and communication of end user requirements to a software development team.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Skills

  • MS Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Viso, Project, MS Teams
  • Experience with project management methodologies and familiarity with open ticketing systems are a plus
  • Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Business, Computer – Software Engineering, Computer Information Technology.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2026- Spring 2028)
  • Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
  • Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Compensation

Base Pay: $23.00

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
