Job Summary
FreeWheel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Publisher Account Manager to join our Australia & New Zealand team. This role focuses on working with premium publisher partners to manage and optimize relationships within FreeWheel’s products, ensuring seamless utilization of our systems and efficient execution of programmatic and IO-based deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, excellent communication skills, direct technical troubleshooting experience, and the ability to analyze and interpret data to make strategic decisions. Core Responsibilities
Act as a trusted expert in clients' business objectives for FreeWheel’s products, partnering with premium publisher partners to ensure optimal utilisation and understanding of our systems. Serves as a point of escalation for product or customer success issues.
Develops trusted relationships with key customer stakeholder & identifies new customer stakeholders to drive expansion opportunities.
Uses knowledge product offering and data-driven insights to come up with joint solutions to achieve customer objectives. Contributes and executes account plans based on a strong understanding of customer goals, both business and technical. Leads compelling strategic business reviews to identify customer needs and drive growth opportunities.
Proactively and reactively troubleshoot issues with deal delivery and performance across programmatic and IO-based deals. Focus on tactical strategies to improve setup and performance of programmatic deals, reducing the time from deal execution to transaction. Monitor live and upcoming deals to ensure smooth execution and act as a first line of defence against technical issues.
Function as a programmatic subject matter expert for internal teams and external publishers.
Provide weekly insights into supply performance to premium publisher partners, identifying trends and potential opportunities for additional yield.
Maintain the continued trust and confidence in FreeWheel’s products by delivering white-glove service. Manages cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of customer objectives.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Qualifications
More than 5 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of supply-side platforms (SSPs), ad serving technologies, and the programmatic advertising landscape.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant analytical tools.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
