Job Summary

Hours: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (EST)

Summary:
Responsible for assisting in the development of Xfinity.com merchandising strategies that will maximize revenue, meet eCommerce sales targets for Mobile, Internet, and Entertainment products, and create great customer experiences.

Responsible for building strategies around offers while maintaining informational content about all products in residential product portfolio. Focus on Mobile and Entertainment products including the pre-paid NOW portfolio. Responsible for creating personalization strategies to speak to specific audiences, including existing Xfinity customer base, to grow revenue amongst existing bases.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of site merchandising to support eCommerce sales. Assist in the development of strategy for eCommerce sales and merchandising. Merchandising campaigns include selling main lines of business (Internet, Video, Home Phone, Home Security, Xfinity Mobile) and add-ons.
  • Create personalized merchandising experience for upsell and cross-sell to existing customer base.
  • Plan and execute Entertainment promotions, such as launches of new TV packages or sports and premium network add-ons. Support streaming entertainment business with focus on StreamSaver and NOW pre-paid and post-paid portfolios.
  • Plan and execute Mobile promotions such as new mobile device offers, mobile service and converged offers, and holiday campaigns.
  • Support go-to-market product launches, A/B testing, and disseminating critical information for customers.
  • Manage tight timelines and multiple stakeholders for campaign launches. The process includes submitting creative briefs/intake requests, working through creative development process, working with implementation partners, performing quality assurance, and optimizing the conversion funnel; will need to exercise judgement and escalate any blockers to on-time launch.
  • Manage launch of New Channel / Existing Channel updates/ Quick Checkout (Pay-per-view events, SVODS, Premiums, IPNs, etc.) in the buy flow.
  • Partner with eCommerce Optimization team to develop reports on funnel analysis and insights, identifying opportunities for merchandising improvement and optimization.
  • Partner with Comcast Analytics team, Quantum Metric and Adobe, utilizing analysis tools such as dashboards, heat maps, click tracking, replay functions, and more to discover learnings and create better customer experiences. Staying close to the data, numbers and performance is critical to success.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Working nights and/or weekends is not a regular occurrence but must be flexible to work night and weekends as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

National Pay Range: $54,992.91 USD-$128,889.63 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
