Job Summary

Responsible for managing organization-wide Employee Communications strategies. Also partners in the creation and implementation of employee engagement strategies across the CX Strategy & Operations organization. Interacts with Senior Executives to develop communications and videos designed to lead and inspire the business. Ensures communications plans are aligned to business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees as well as multiple projects at once.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Manages Employee Communications strategies designed to drive high employee engagement as well as support key business objectives, long-term goals, and projects.

  • Develops organization-wide communications plans to promote new initiatives, goals and projects determined by senior management.

  • Partners with senior management to develop and implement broad-based Employee Engagement initiatives, driving employee messaging and industry/competitive context for all key business initiatives.

  • Trains staff and counsels other personnel on best use of new and available Employee Communications tools.

  • Writes and edits executive leader and company-wide communications.

  • Develops metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of Employee Communications initiatives and tools. Recommends actions based on metric results.

  • Develops, trains, and manages staff in day-to-day operations. Participates in performance reviews.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.

  • Business travel several times a year is required.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

National Pay Range: $81,760.51 USD-$191,626.20 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Education

Bachelor's DegreeWhile possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
