About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to serve as the Early Careers Marketing and Communications Lead within Human Resources. This strategic role supports the Early Careers team by leading marketing and communications initiatives that enhance recruitment, engagement, and brand visibility across the enterprise.


In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement an end-to-end marketing and communications strategy for Early Careers recruitment and program branding.

  • Act as the primary liaison with the Enterprise Marketing and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency and connectivity to enterprise-wide campaigns and recruitment-related initiatives.

  • Develop and manage a social media content strategy tailored to attract and engage early career talent across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Handshake, Facebook, YouTube).

  • Create and execute digital campaigns for key initiatives such as National Intern Day, offer celebrations, and event recaps.

  • Build and maintain a content library (e.g., presentations, handouts, videos) to support recruiters during on-campus and virtual engagements.

  • Lead the engagement strategy for intern and analyst induction programs, including pre-arrival communications, welcome kits, activations on site, and onboarding content.

  • Collaborate with Early Careers Leaders on business specific marketing and communications needs for candidates, incoming hires, and program participants.

  • Maintain a commitment to global consistency where applicable while addressing regional and country nuances in marketing and communications initiatives.

  • Design and implement a “keep warm” communications to maintain engagement with incoming analysts and associates between offer acceptance and start date.

  • Support alumni engagement and storytelling to highlight career growth and success stories.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and identify ROI.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent engagement.

  • Experience in early careers or talent attraction, particularly in a financial services firm.

  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media strategy.

  • Experience with campaign analytics and performance optimization.

  • Proven experience with consulting and presenting to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to exercise judgment and decision making within broadly defined policies and practices.

  • Prior experience partnering with a cross-functional team including both internal and external (agency) partners.

  • Proven ability to build relationships while consulting, influencing and partnering at all levels across a complex and matrixed organization.

  • Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and prioritization skills.

Job Expectations:

  • This position will require onsite presence at one of the locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule, at least three times a week.

  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

  • Travel up to 10%.
