Job Description

TCI is looking for a Wash Bay Detail Tech! The Wash Bay Detail Tech is a vital member of our team and is responsible for washing, cleaning, and detailing vehicles to maintain the highest level of customer service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Perform thorough detailing to the interior and exterior of vehicles for superior customer satisfaction, including degreasing, washing, vehicle preparation, and interior detailing.
  • Safely operate required shop tools and steam-cleaning equipment.
  • Maintain adequate supplies of cleaners, conditioners, and laundered items. Assist with restocking supplies when necessary.
  • Operate all equipment and handle chemicals in a safe manner, including the proper labeling and disposal of chemical bottles.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License with ability to meet insurance requirements is required
  • 1+ years of trade education or relevant work experience
  • Class B or Class A CDL with air brake endorsement is highly preferred
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and dexterity with tools and shop equipment
  • Organized work habits and a keen eye for detail to thrive independently
