TRIGO Global Quality Solutions currently has an opening for a Site Manager supporting our Mossville, Illinois Quality team. The salary range for this role is $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year.

Overall Purpose

The Site Manager coordinates and manages the planning and execution of all activities within the site. The Site Manager supports the organization's business activities, while maintaining the highest standards of customer quality and company performance.

Reports to

Direct: Area Manager

Indirect: Director of Operations


Responsibilities

  • Establish and coordinate staffing schedules, along with allocation of manpower and materials equipment according to customer auditing requirements
  • Assist the customer Quality Manager as the primary liaison between TRIGO HT and the customer
  • Provide quality inspection and auditing results with suggestions and council from the customer quality manager using measuring tools and record of data such as SPC.
  • Create, maintain, and manage site quality policies and procedures in accordance with the company's standard operating requirements
  • Accountable for the productivity and the profit/loss profitability of the site and for budget creation and management
  • Hire, provide training, and supervise the site's employees
  • Manage space allocation, maintain the physical site, and insure the capability of inspection equipment
  • Provide monthly metric reports of the site's business activities
  • Motivate employees to perform job tasks that meet or exceed the customer and company expectations
  • Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned

Job Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrated knowledge of equipment PM
  • Knowledge of mechanical inspection tools, practices, and industry quality standards
  • Demonstrated knowledge of print reading, automated measuring equipment, and factory flow
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate with customers and employees
  • Ability to implement and monitor budgets and cost controls
  • Record of managing new projects to successful completion
