TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Site Support Coordnator position in Windsor ON.
Starting rate of pay is $25/hr
Overall Purpose of a Site Coordinator
The Site Coordinator is a professional who provides support by running various errands for individuals and operations.The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specified site, ensuring a positive and safe environment for staff, customers, and visitors. This role manages the staff and activities at the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
Client relationship & Business development
- Run errands for the company as requested
- Communicate any issues or delays with the area sites
- Uphold company values and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle used for errands
Operations
- Maintain a detailed record of all errands completed Perform runner tasks efficiently to ensure seamless operations in area sites
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse and all inventory
- Runs errands, picking up supplies, to delivering supplies to area sites, as needed
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as filing, 6S Audits, Site Audits, etc...
Organization & management
- Handle credit card and receipts for purchases made on behalf of the company
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all items
- Be nimble and able to organize errands in an efficient way
Other
- Any other duties as assigned
