TRIGO is seeking a full time HR Recruiter in Peoria IL.
Shift Hours: 8am - 4:30pm central time Monday-Friday
SCOPE OF WORK
- Create and develop accurate documents such as offer letters, job descriptions, reporting and tracking documents.
- Complete the full life cycle of recruiting-sourcing to hire
- Work directly with hiring managers providing regular communication, scheduling assistance, screening candidates, developing job postings and understanding a variety of role requirements
- Assist the HR Specialist in daily HR related tasks such as writing performance corrective notices, providing contacts for employees, supporting employee relations, assisting on the safety team and other related tasks
- Participate in project work with the HR team
JOB SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- · One to Three years of Recruiting experience.
- · Must be able to react quickly, make timely decisions and maintain calm demeanor.
- · Excellent written and communication skills
- · Knowledge of best practices and key trends in the Human Resource Functions
- · Customer Focused with sound judgment
- · Strong conflict resolution skills.
- · Ability to keep information confidential
- · Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- · Positive outgoing attitude and be a self-starter
- · Excellent skills in all Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- · Ability to cold call candidates
- · Technical recruiting experience a plus
- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field strongly desired
- · Recruiting experience a must
