Trigo Global Quality Solutions is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist in Peoria, IL area.
Overall Purpose
The Group IT Infrastructure Specialist manages and supports the deployment and maintenance of the Group 's IT tools and infrastructure. They also contribute to the Group's various IT projects.
May Report to
Group IT Infrastructure Manager
Responsibilities
Client relationship & Business development
· Ensure end user communication and punctuality
· Interface with regional IT teams and external suppliers
· Point of contact for IT regional Managers in the Americas, Asia, Continental Europe, and WEMEA
· Interface between application owner and suppliers support for technical investigation
· Ensure level 3 support of group Infrastructure
· Provide regular reporting on the progress of assigned projects
Operations
· Report information regarding major events as soon as they occur in the event of deviations in management of day to day operations
Organization & Management
· Organize communication of functional and technical enhancement
· Manage technical documentation (Technical guidance document, user and admin guide, procedures, rules, etc.)
· Ensure compliance with group standards and rules
· Follow issue investigation, redact and communicate the remediation plan
· Open and follow support cases if applicable
Technical
· Ensure technical expertise for TRIGO regional solutions
· Contribute to Infrastructure improvement and project implementation
· Manage communication tools: Office 365, Skype, SharePoint, etc.
· Manage group infrastructure tools: Azure, InTune, Active Directory, etc.
· Manage monitoring and security: ATP, Data Protection, AntiVirus, etc.
· Monitor technological developments in the field
· Apply the procedures defined in the QMS (Quality Management System) and apply ITIL best practices
Other
· Any other duties as assigned
