Position OverviewThe Hosted Voice (HPBX) Specialist plays a critical role in the delivery and support of our Hosted PBX voice solutions. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and customers to design, implement, and maintain high-quality VoIP systems. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities- Attend internal kickoff meetings to gather and document project criteria.- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and partners to coordinate service delivery.- Send customer “Welcome” communications and provide regular project updates.- Configure and build hosted voice systems (Netsapiens platform).- Create call flows in MS Visio and validate final design with customers.- Schedule, manage, and update installation and training appointments in Outlook.- Conduct remote and onsite customer training sessions on hosted voice products.- Perform quality checks prior to installation to ensure design accuracy and functionality.- Handle post-installation customer support and change requests (additions, call-flow edits, etc.).- Collaborate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) to troubleshoot service issues.- Document all project activities and maintain clear, organized communication records.Qualifications & Skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio).- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.- Familiarity with SIP, VoIP, and hosted phone systems (experience preferred).- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Salary Range - $45,000 - $55,000Location – Hybrid
