Channel and Alliances Manager. Location: Remote - Hybrid. About the Role: Seeking a bold, strategic Channel and Alliances Manager to build powerhouse partnerships and accelerate revenue in telecommunications. Responsibilities: Command the channel—recruit, build, lead, and scale a high-performance portfolio of partners and resellers; set the pace with aggressive growth strategies and partner recruitment; drive revenue via new market opportunities and high-stakes negotiations; own the metrics (track KPIs, forecast pipeline, ensure targets are crushed); collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams; outsmart the competition by staying ahead of trends. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years in channel sales/management (Cloud networking, SaaS, IaaS, UCaaS, MSPs, WAN networking); proven track record exceeding revenue targets and scaling programs; strong negotiation and relationship-building; high ownership and data-driven mindset; experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and partner portals.
