The Workday Integration Sr Analyst will demonstrate high proficiency in project management, system knowledge, process analysis, development abilities and communication with leadership. They will be responsible for leading HCM integration development projects and ensuring our Talent Technology tools are sending and receiving accurate data with both internal RSM partners and vendors. This role will build positive relationships with partners and vendors to understand needs and provide insight and recommendations in the design, development, and automation of data flows to maximize productivity and efficiency and support organizational objectives. This individual will demonstrate expertise in gathering requirements for integrations and applications, design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting. As a leader, the Senior Analyst will guide and support other members of the team to advance the learning and growth of all members, elevating the whole team.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications using Workday Extend and Workday integrations including Studio, EIB, and Connectors.
- Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Monitor and maintain production integrations and Extend applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms as well as understand complex business needs and document in clear concise language.
- Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with team members and partners.
- Maintain understanding of the Workday application suite and how it relates to the HR function.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday Extend and integration best practices and industry trends.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience including Workday Studio.
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend development experience.
- 4+ years experience working with Python, RStudio, and XML/XSLT.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM.
- Workday Certification highly desired.
- Knowledge of Workday security and data governance.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong time management, the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Strong work ethic, critical thinking, detail-oriented, positive attitude.
- Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $92,600 - $159,000Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
