The Workday Integration Analyst will be responsible for supporting our HCM integration development projects. The Integration Analyst will assist in ensuring our Talent Technology tools are sending and receiving accurate data with both internal RSM partners and vendors. This role will build positive relationships with partners and vendors to understand needs and provide insight and recommendations in the design, development, and automation of data flows to maximize productivity and efficiency and support organizational objectives. This is a hands-on technical position which will be responsible for requirements gathering for integrations/changes, design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting. This Analyst will have a deep understanding of SaaS application delivery, software architecture, data structures, data governance, security, maintenance, and enhancements and will guide and support other members of the team for all to learn and grow.

Essential Duties:

  • Monitor and maintain production Workday and related systems’ inbound and outbound integrations. Manage and remediate issues and tickets with IT, internal units or external vendors as needed to resolve errors. Implement logging and notifications to proactively catch future issues.
  • Engage with Talent Technology SME, business leaders, other support teams, and vendors to gather, create, or interpret detailed and clear integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life cycle.
  • Develop integrations according to best practices and development standards, triaging and prioritizing defects, escalating issues that affect development progress or quality, and reporting overall status and risks to leadership.
  • Coordinate test planning and execution with Talent Technology SME and related Vendors and system owners, ensure identified defects are resolved in a timely fashion, establish production approval, and perform production deployment.
  • Special projects as assigned, related to researching, specifying, developing, and testing new Talent technologies and processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

  • Knowledge and understanding of SDLC, Software Architecture Patterns and API programming required
  • Experience with Workday Reporting, Integrations, and Workday Studio Integration Designer Toolset required
  • Experience with Python development required
  • Deep understanding of SaaS application delivery, software architecture, data structures, data governance, security, maintenance, and enhancements
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms as well as understand complex business needs and document in clear concise language
  • Highly organized with strong time management, the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic, critical thinking, detail-oriented, positive attitude

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years experience building Workday Inbound and Outbound Integrations required
  • 2+ years experience building Workday custom reports and calculated field required
  • 2+ years experience working with Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS, Web Services, XML, XSD, and XSLT transformations required
  • 2+ years experience working with Workday Studio required
  • 2+ years experience working with Python development required
  • 2+ years supporting functional configuration and development in HCM technologies preferred
  • Familiar with database and application design technologies (i.e., SQL, XML/XLST, ETL, Web Services, SOAP, REST, middleware, Fusion, etc.) preferred

Compensation Range: $75,400 - $124,300

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
