Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support of projects for various industry stakeholders to ensure business needs are met with insight from leadership
  • With input, define a program and/or project’s scope, goals, schedule, and deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations
  • Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
  • Ensure the business deliverables and goals for a particular project or program are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identify program and project / issues raising them to leadership to determine the appropriate corrective action(s) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and scope
  • Work closely with project leads and leadership to operationally plan, devise and execute planning and project management cycles to support milestones determined by leadership to enable development within the industry or practice infrastructure
  • Create and maintain connections with key stakeholders and/or teams to implement strategic initiatives that optimize current knowledge sharing platforms and overall interactions with clients
  • Work collaboratively with project manager and industry leadership for ways to drive efficiency and growth
  • Partner with firm related resources, collaborate with other Industry and LOB project managers and cross-functional support teams
  • Work with industry project manager to identify and execute appropriate communication methods to provide the appropriate stakeholders with the status of projects
  • Consistently and accurately review and maintain documentation to identify, evaluate, scope, plan, monitor, and follow up on active projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Power BI, MS Smartsheet, MS Teams or related tools
  • Analytical, research & data literacy
  • Experience in preparing presentations using MS PowerPoint or related software
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Department of Housing and Urban and Development (HUD) experience, preferably with CDBG and CDBG-DR programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related area or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Able to work within tight deadlines and take responsibility for getting the job done in a timely manner

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects / responses

Compensation Range: $94,100 - $188,100
