This Senior Associate will help support execution of marketing campaigns and activities designed to build brand and drive demand for RSM’s private equity solutions with a specific focus on consulting services inclusive of transaction advisory. This individual will work directly with the business and marketing manager responsible for private equity and transaction advisory. Responsibilities include: assisting with marketing planning and full execution of all supporting tactics such as content development and email marketing, social media and website, sponsorships and events, webcasts and collateral. The Senior Associate will coordinate relationships with industry associations and trade media. An understanding of private equity and/or professional services space is ideal for a successful candidate.

Essential Duties:

  • Participate in the development of the marketing plan
  • Manage external marketplace relationships for media and events. Negotiate favorable terms for contracts.
  • Collaborate with communications, editorial and sales
  • Directly engage with business leads and SMEs to execute marketing plan tactics
  • Collaborate with marketers aligned to offerings and industries for the channel
  • Execute against the marketing plan by:
    • Engaging and collaborating with demand generation team
    • Engaging and collaborating with COEs
    • Participate in KPI and goal setting
    • Track and record performance of tactics
    • Measure and report on results
  • Prepare root cause analysis summaries
  • Continue to build knowledge and skills related to the PE and M&A space
    • Continue to build overall marketing skill set

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • MS Office: Required
  • Power BI: Preferred
  • Microsoft D365 CRM – Preferred

5+years experience

Compensation Range: $71,100 - $127,700
