Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the regional sales team as it pertains to producer management, product development, lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Coordinate new producer appointments including managing the onboarding process and systems set up.
  • Manage all producer information in the Surety systems including contracts, commissions, system access and relationship hierarchies.
  • Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns and content directed to our Tier 3 and Tier 4 producers to grow and retain written premium, drive engagement and nurture relationships (video, webinars, follow up campaigns)
  • Prepare sales presentation and meeting materials such as print & digital content, power point and video for the field and assist with follow up efforts/activities
  • Manage distribution of Powers of Attorney, Corporate Seals and marketing materials for all Surety producers
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to our producers and staff as it relates to producer data, access, training and marketing via phone and email queue

Education & Experience

  • Typically requires an associate's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • [OR] equivalent level of education and experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Ability to use analytical methods and processes to find workable solutions.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry and sales-marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills; Excel, Word, Adobe.
