Join a unique and highly skilled fabrication team specializing in the build of custom, plastic, powder handling products used in the pharmaceutical industry. Our products are used in the manufacture of life-saving drugs around the world. Role Summary: - In an ISO 7 Cleanroom, safely operate in-house designed, plastic heat sealing machines to assemble various custom plastic film products according to blueprints. - See examples of these products here: https://rheoflexibles.com/product/ What does success look like in this role? - No rework - things are done right the first time. - Projects completed on time. Objectives: - Operate plastic heat sealing machines to assemble products - Follow multi-step processes and blueprints for accurate assembly - Collaborate with engineering and production team members to ensure quality and on-time delivery of product - Test assembled products to ensure quality standards are met - Adhere to and perform strict cleaning procedures - May be required to learn basic CNC machine operation and utilize the CNC machine in assembly - Perform additional duties as required by your supervisor from time to time Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED - Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams (used for communication) - 2+ years of general assembly experience that includes blueprint reading Personal Traits: - Superb Communication – Understandably and naturally get your ideas/instructions/points across - Detail-Orientation - High attention to detail and highly organized - Extreme Ownership – Ability to see a project through from beginning to end, no matter the obstacle - Team Spirit – Teams are happier and function better when you are on them - Highly Reliable – You always show up on time and communicate proactively - Ability to follow multiple step instructions – verbal and written - Quick learner and easy adapter to change - Willingness to maintain quality standards - Focused and efficient worker - Exceptional with hands-on tasks Working Conditions: - Must be able to engage in the following physical activities: prolonged periods working on feet, bend/stoop, climb stairs/ladders, squat, kneel, push/pull, lift up to 50 lbs, and use vibratory and other basic tools. These functions will be completed on an occasional to frequent basis, depending on the project. - Exepcted to work first shift (7am - 4pm), Monday through Friday. - Expected to work overtime upon supervisor request. - Required to wear designated PPE
