We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in the role of Windchill PLM Administrator. The PLM system is at the core of new product development and serial production.
Your Impact

Develop and support key business workflows in PTC Windchill to streamline new product development and change management across global teams.

Facilitate timely and accurate data availability for multi-site purchasing and manufacturing teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with IT to implement and sustain Windchill PLM using best practices for optimal performance and uptime.

Manage Windchill connections with external platforms like SAP and Altium, while overseeing testing, configuration, licensing, and data migrations.

Provide user training, maintain system configurations and customizations, and manage the Windchill PartsLink library for standardized part usage.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Over 5 years of experience in PLM systems and administration, with a proactive mindset to align technical solutions with business needs and manage multiple projects meticulously.

Expert-level knowledge of PTC Windchill, including modules like SUMA, PartsLink, MPMLink, and Wincom Extensions.

Basic understanding of CAD tools, particularly Creo Parametric, supporting integration with PLM systems.

Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes to support business growth.

Proven track record in business transformation, especially in regulated or publicly traded environments, with effective cross-team communication of complex technical concepts.

Your Compensation
This position will be within the range of $72,000 - $147,381, based on experience. This position is eligible for a sales incentive plan and bonus based on 10% of compensation

You will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in Onsite/Hybrid model from Tremont, IL.
