You will be part of a dynamic team which develops and implements integrated marketing programs to support the strategic business objectives of the PNC organization, across all lines of business.
Responsibilities
· Provides creative solutions from concept and design through execution that supports the PNC business strategies
· Plans, analyzes, and creates effective visual solutions to marketing and communication challenges across multiple channels — all while adhering to strict brand guidelines
· Partners with cross-functional teams to define strategies and insights
· Develops creative ideas that extend across all internal and external platforms to engage audiences and drive results for PNC
· Develops and delivers engaging presentations for all our partners
· Establishes and maintains strong relationships with all members of creative services and internal partners
· Maintains high-quality standards for all creative output
· Maintains high-level of proficiency in new and relevant technologies and software applications
· Problem-solves daily — “think on your feet”
· Manages multiple projects while proactively communicating with team members on deadlines, challenges, and solutions
· Collaborates with copywriters, designers, marketing specialists, account managers, proofreaders, and other internal partners on a regular basis to design more complex marketing materials
· Acts as a coach/mentor and provides guidance to less experienced designers
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required
· Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and an ability to implement them to create dynamic solutions
· Ability to work and interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
· Deep understanding of all digital channels and social platforms
· Proficient in graphic design and communication applications including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other Adobe products as well as MS Office
· Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask and comprehend a wide variety of complex subject matters
· Ability to create strategic and stunning visual designs
· Well-versed in UX/UI design principles
· Self-motivated to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and the ability to teach others
· Excellent presentation skills

Job Description
- Organizes, conceptualizes, creates and designs complex creative marketing materials to meet the needs of all lines of business. Understands and adheres to corporate brand guidelines. Applies advanced creative skills and judgment to present ideas, words, and visualization to align with strategic priorities. Provide support for project teams in presentation of creative ideas.
- Builds graphic design ideas from concept and design through execution that supports business objectives, many complex in nature.
- Collaborates with copywriter, designers, marketing specialists, proofreader and other internal partners on a regular basis to design more complex marketing materials.
- Develops and delivers engaging presentations that represents the work well to achieve understanding and appropriately influence.

Base Salary: $80,500.00 – $131,400.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.Application Window
