As a Process Improvement Specialist Senior within PNC's Risk, Change, Experience and Strategy (RCES) organization supporting the First Line of Defense (1LOD) Change Management team, you will be remote.

Additional locations within the PNC Footprint may be considered.

Experience in Business Process Mapping and/or Modeling, with a strong background in Process Improvement and/or Project Management (Traditional, Agile, and Scrum) is highly preferred. Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma (Green, Yellow, or Black Belt) and Project Management Professional (PMP). Experience working with Visio, ARIS, IBM BlueWorks Live, and Gliffy, as well as Microsoft Teams, Excel and/or PowerPoint is preferred. Working experience with SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate is preferred.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Job Description

  • Evaluates, analyzes, and enhances an organization's operations or technology processes to optimize process efficiency, reduce processing time, and mitigate risks.
  • Identifies and may gather appropriate data sets that can quantify process efficiency. Analyzes data sets to identify process gaps in quality, reliability, efficiency and risk. Develops cost-benefit analysis and incorporates findings into business case. Conducts diagnostics to identify, quantify and prioritize value creation projects.
  • Independently maps and/or models processes from end-to-end to gain full knowledge of organizational process. Examines models to identify inefficiencies or risks that can be optimized through process redesign or enhancement.
  • Uses metrics to demonstrate how removing or updating obsolete or inefficient technologies or remodeling a process will meet strategic priorities while considering risk and reward outcomes.
  • Makes recommendations to business partners to ensure that the introduction of new processes is smooth, effective, and sustains or improves quality of output. Maintains relationship with business to ensure continuous improvement after initial implementation.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $97,500.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
