As a Technology Integration Specialist within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you may be based in a remote location. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. As a Technology Integration Specialist, you will work closely with our Sales and Implementation teams to support the integration of Tempus solutions. This position will allow you to collaborate directly with our customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the integration process. You will lead technical discovery sessions, document requirements, guide solution integration, and manage customer-facing API specifications. This position will troubleshoot integration issues and act as a technical consultant to ensure seamless project execution and outstanding client experiences. This is not a development role, but success in this position requires programming experience, understanding integration frameworks, and navigating technical environments confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to align with client goals toward a successful integration.
• Lead discussions pertaining to solution use cases, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Provide insight/advisement on integration best practices, architecture/design, and product capabilities.
• Serve as a technical point-of-contact for implementation team members throughout the integration process.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, which may include reviewing client and internal code bases.
• Educate internal and external stakeholders on product features, API functionalities, and industry standards.
• Stay current on technical developments and enhancements within the Tempus product offerings.
• Actively contribute feedback to Product and Development teams to drive product/feature improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• A consultative, collaborative professional who thrives on solving technical problems.
• Strong communication skills — Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient understanding of programming languages and development environments.
• Experience reviewing and troubleshooting source code (without the expectation of software development).
• Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Hands-on experience integrating with Web APIs or supporting software integrations.
• Familiarity with code-level debugging and analyzing technical workflows.
• Strong understanding of technologies such as XML/JSON, Delphi, Vue.js, HTML/JavaScript, C#, .NET, and microservices architecture.
• Background in software development, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Experience working with payment systems, e-commerce, point-of-sale, or platform ecosystems is a strong plus.

Job Description
- Participates in designing and developing integration schemes and creating links for multi-platform, multi-vendor business solutions.
- Identifies technology related opportunities and integrates IT resources to fulfill project requirements.
- Understands architectural standards, gathers project requirements and controls for platform and application integration.
- Manages multiple suppliers and vendors, both internal and external, on the integration of diverse technologies.
- Assists in developing project metrics on IT projects during the project planning phase, and after initiation.

Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $98,800.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.Application Window
