The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of all Phoenix Community Development Services managed properties and office facilities by performing corrective and preventative maintenance. Principle duties of this full-time position include:- Address day-to-day and projected maintenance and facility needs.- Respond to unplanned facility emergencies.- Assist in the set-up and tear-down of special agency events.- Light cleaning duties as assigned.
