Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Answer mainline phone and transfers calls.
- Greet guests and customers upon entry of the building.
- Accounting duties, including but not limited to the following: Process bank deposit remotely for checks received, create purchase orders and vouch receipt of material for basic supply orders, verify and electronically enter accounts payable data into computer system, and contact vendors to pay by credit card, where applicable, and reconcile resulting transactions.
- Perform clerical duties and administrative support as required: Filing, data entry, maintaining office records, and sort / distribute office mail.
- Amazon Gait Belt order fulfillment, including creating sales orders and invoicing.

- Light bookkeeping.
- Update maintenance tracker.
- Handle customer inquiries as needed.
- Order office and maintenance supplies.
- Page employees and relay messages as needed.
- Provide as a backup to office staff as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be willing to work 40 hours per week.
- Work done primarily in a manufacturing and office environment.
- Willingness to learn other tasks to provide back up and support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, organize, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Knowledge of basic office systems and software: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, etc.
- Knowledge of Sage 100 Accounting preferred.
- Knowledge of ADP preferred.
- Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, such as business letter writing and the operation of standard office equipment, including printer, fax machine, and copy machine.
- Previous customer service or front desk role experience required.
- Previous Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience required.
- Previous bookkeeping experience required.
- Must be accepting of interruptions made by employees.
- Work is done primarily in an office environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if required. (not often).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or hospitality are a plus.
