HISRA offers a variety of programming during the evening and on weekends. HISRA also offers a recreation program for adults during the day, Special Olympics and bowling programs.

Staff positions are as follows:

Program Leader / Driver:

• Accommodation planning responsibility

• Responsible for the development and implementation of planned outings, the personal care, supervision and behavior management of participants. The supervision of program aides and volunteers.

• Program Aide:

• Responsible for assisting the Program Leader in the implementation and supervision of the planned outings, the personal care, supervision and behavior management of participants.

• All staff will be required to attend a mandatory staff orientation and training.
