Expected pay for this position is $29.01 - $34.13/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
Work from home 2 days a week and in office 3 days a week
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Provider Contract Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and implementing activities and compliance associated with established OSF HealthCare System Physician and Advanced Practice Provider contracting initiatives. Coordinates, tracks, and reports on all aspects of the provider contract, including employment agreements, amendments, and mutual termination agreements to ensure consistent experience across the organization. This position requires a high level of detail, strategic communication, and collaboration with executive leaders, legal services, and recruitment teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and timely contract execution.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business, education, human resources, management, or related field
OR Associate’s degree with 3 years of experience in recruitment, organizational development, business, education, human resources, or management.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Must be able to handle multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Must be detail oriented and view accuracy as top priority, with the ability to prioritize work assignments in a rapidly changing work environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- 6 years of experience in provider recruitment, credentialing, and/or contracting.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to Physician/Advanced Practice Provider employment agreements. Previous experience in utilizing contract management software.
