Expected pay for this position is $36.04 - $42.40/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.


Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Licensure and Regulatory Coordinator serves as a subject matter expert responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with licensure, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Quality Safety, HR Compliance, Legal, and operational leaders to support regulatory surveys, maintain continuous readiness, and manage licensure-related processes across the organization. A critical accountability of this role is serving as the primary escalation point for licensure-related issues, ensuring timely resolution, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, human resources, or a related field

Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting licensure, regulatory compliance, accreditation, or survey readiness activities in a healthcare or regulated environment.

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory and licensure requirements.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

Experience working with regulatory surveys, accreditation visits, or licensure reviews.

Experience collaborating with compliance, legal, or audit teams.

Licensure/ Certification:

Professional certification related to compliance, licensure, or healthcare administration.
