Expected pay for this position is $26.99 - $31.75/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.


Overview

OPEN TO CURRENT MISSION PARTNERS IN THE DEPARTMENT ONLY

POSITION SUMMARY:

The HR Regulatory and Quality Assurance Specialist supports Human Resources regulatory readiness, workforce documentation coordination, and internal quality assurance efforts across HR Shared Services operations. This role is responsible for collecting documentation related to external workforce validation, retrieving personnel records in response to internal and external requests, and conducting quality assurance reviews of HR Shared Services cases and processes to ensure documentation accuracy, adherence to best practices, and alignment with established service excellence standards. Working closely with HR team members and internal partners, this role helps ensure workforce documentation is organized, accessible, and audit ready while providing insights from quality assurance reviews to support training opportunities, reinforce best practices, and strengthen service excellence across HR Operations.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School Diploma/ GED

Experience:

Experience working with personnel records or HR documentation.

Experience supporting regulatory reviews, documentation audits, or quality assurance activities.

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Ability to organize and retrieve information across electronic record systems.

Ability to identify inconsistencies and follow structured processes.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

Experience working in healthcare or another regulated environment.
