Expected pay for this position is $29.01 - $34.13/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.


Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the efforts of multiple projects related to the department. This role will assist with the coordination of specific project tasks within project workplans, develop content (e.g. documents, presentations, etc.), and track / report appropriate metrics. The Project Coordinator assists in designing, implementing, and coordinating standard documentation templates and tools for the activities of the department. This role also provides timely and accurate reporting of project performance metrics, including progress and outcomes. The Project Coordinator supports and helps lead specified programs by engaging key internal and external stakeholders to standardize project mapping, establish goals, objectives, and success metrics, and develop and submit corresponding budgets for approval.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, sales, or healthcare-related field and 2 years of project coordination experience

OR

High school diploma and 5 years of project coordination experience

Experience:

1 year experience with presenting information, or providing instruction to groups

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, team building and relationship management skills
  • A moderate degree of creativity, self-initiative and discretion
  • Ability to regularly and timely travel between various sites

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

Excellent oral communication and writing skills; good public presentation skills Proficiency with reporting tools
