Expected pay for this position is $33.52 - $39.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY: Provider Compensation & Contracting Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of provider compensation calculations & reports, including employment agreement offers. This person also assists in administration of provider compensation databases, monitors & tracks internal activity related to physician employment agreements, and maintains a working knowledge of current provider activities & compensation practices. Position will rely on exceptionally strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Provider Compensation & Contracting Analyst must practice a high degree of ethics and adhere to the OSF philosophy and Mission and Value Statement.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Skilled in developing, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets and complex data.
- Ability to interpret and communicate legal documents such employment agreements.
- Skill in planning, organizing and supervising multiple assignments concurrently.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and organize activities. Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially using Excel to conduct analysis and prepare data/reports.
- Ability to organize work independently and consistently achieve deadlines.
