Expected pay for this position is $46.05 - $61.02/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: ​

The Medical Imaging Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring provision of accurate and reliable services in one or more of the following areas: CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Radiology Nursing, Diagnostic Radiology, Ultrasound, Transcription, and Image Management. Responsible for effectively managing financial, capital, and human resources of assigned areas by establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality and productivity standards, taking corrective action as necessary. Develops, implements, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance with Medical Center and third-party requirements for patient care and confidential patient information.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

- 2 years' experience in an imaging modality in a Medical Center-based imaging department (radiology, ultrasound, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, etc.)

Other skills/knowledge:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

- ​Master's in Allied Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Experience:

- 2 years' experience in supervisory position
