Expected pay for this position is $29.36 - $34.55/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.


Overview

This role is open to individuals who are already authorized to work indefinitely in the United States. Current and/or future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.

POSITION SUMMARY: The OnCall Application Analyst is responsible for working closely with business operations to implement and enhance technology solutions supporting OnCall services. Acting as the subject matter expert for key applications, this role oversees the full implementation process, ensuring that systems are optimized to meet operational needs. The Analyst will evaluate, design, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance. They will also collaborate with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and translate technical concepts into actionable insights for operational teams. Additional responsibilities include developing documentation for system design, testing, and training, while maintaining customer expectations to improve service quality across the organization. Will be required to attend classes as specified by Vendor.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/ GED

Experience: 3 years’ experience in information technology or healthcare OR Associates Degree and 1 year experience in information technology or healthcare.

Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, healthcare or other related field.

Experience: Previous work-related experience in healthcare industry. Experience with contact center technologies.
