Expected pay for this position is $25.10 - $29.54/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: .
The Coordinator Marketing Financial serves as a trusted operations partner to the Vice President of Marketing Strategy & Operations, supporting executive effectiveness, financial stewardship, and division-wide engagement. This role extends beyond traditional administrative duties and includes oversight of budget and forecasting processes, invoice management, onboarding coordination, internal communications, and special projects across eight cost centers. The position requires discretion, proactive problem-solving, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
Experience:
- Experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing executive materials.
- Experience with financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliation, expense management, or budget tracking.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a professional organization.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tracking and documentation.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and address issues proactively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- Experience working in a marketing, operations, or finance environment. Prior experience managing budgets, forecasts, or cost center oversight.
