Expected pay for this position is $36.04 - $42.40/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Revenue Cycle Vendor Management Strategist is essential in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor partnerships, including onboarding, system access, implementation, invoicing, reconciliation, performance tracking, and communication management. The strategist will work closely with internal revenue cycle operations teams and leadership to ensure vendor alignment with organizational goals and performance expectations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, healthcare management or other related fields

OR Equivalent experience of 5 years in RC or medical office experience which includes 2 years in a leadership type position.

Experience:

5 years of experience in revenue cycle operations, with a strong background in vendor management, contract administration, and financial oversight.

Licensure/ Certification:

Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within one year of employment

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
• Advanced knowledge of revenue cycle processes and vendor integration. Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive vendor strategy and performance optimization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Master's degree Experience: Understanding of Epic
