The hourly rate for this position is $18.00/hour This is an Hourly position.
Overview
Preference is to have this student start the internship this coming spring semester 2026.
This internship is open to a student seeking an opportunity to work while attending school with possible transition in to a full time position once their degreed program is completed and they have graduated.
This internship will require the student to work at OSF Headquarters in Peoria, IL. This student must be open to working on a part time basis while attending school (20 hours week) with possible full time hours during breaks and summers.
POSITION SUMMARY: This internship will assist with support within the OSF HR Service Center. Expectations of this intern would be to support and assist in any day to day activities that the Human Resources Service Center would need help with. Primarily assisting with the management and data entry of the Illinois Department of Public Health website with our other intern, and the work from home agreements but also assisting with processing educational assistance/401Ks/COVID intakes/ sorting faxes/ pulling voicemails and working on a document scanning and sorting projects.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: This role requires the student to be attending a 4-year university/college as a Junior or Senior, with concentration in Business, Human Resources or other related field.
This intern must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various individuals throughout OSF Healthcare. Ability to multi-task, coordinate multiple projects, and have proven attention to detail.
