Expected pay for this position is $21.72 - $25.55/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
This job is located in Peoria,IL
Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30pm
POSITION SUMMARY: The Employee Health Program Support Specialist drives and supports the growth and processes of the Employee Health Center of Expertise. In this position, the Employee Health Program Support Specialist facilitates internal project(s), conducts optimization efforts, and assists with any and all other opportunities of improvement for the Employee Health Center of Expertise that impact Employee Health services across OSF Healthcare. Assists in any data entry and data management in the Employee Health Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Participates in Employee Health Center of Expertise managed programs for Employee Safety & Compliance as well as any Ministry-wide Employee Safety Projects.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/ GED Experience: 2 years administrative or office support experience Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate degree Experience: Project management/assistance. Skilled in facilitating collaborative sessions and communicating ideas effectively. Experience using an EMR (Electronic Medical Record). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to perform/run audits and take corrective actions based on report results.
