Expected pay for this position is $25.10 - $29.54/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Specialist – Provider & For-Profit Services is responsible for providing comprehensive support for OSF Providers and Mission Partners within for-profit services. This role involves maintaining accuracy and oversight of provider HR data, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements, and serving as a key resource for total rewards support. The HR Specialist partners closely with contracting and provider compensation teams, processes provider-related HR transactions, and responds to provider and for-profit Mission Partner inquiries with timely and accurate resolutions. The position plays a vital role in delivering a high level of service excellence, providing accurate information, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School Diploma/ GED
Experience:
2 years of Human Resources experience
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
