Expected pay for this position is $33.52 - $39.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The OSF Corporate University (OSFCU) Coordinator provides essential support to the Corporate University by managing education requests and directing them to the appropriate owners within the health system structure. This role supports and guides entity administrators, collaborates with content creators to optimize content, and provides technical support to enhance learning platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system upgrades, training team members, and analyzing learning data to drive improvements, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience across the organization. This role is also responsible for following up on the decommissioning of outdated learning, The coordinator also collaborates with team members to ensure the successful execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, education, learning technology, nursing, information technology, or a related field.
Experience:
3 years of training in design, development, and delivery in a virtual and large audience setting.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
Demonstrated solid understanding and expertise in the areas of instructional design, technology support of business strategies, change management, behavioral sciences, and leadership development.
Ability to apply sound learning principles, agile methods, learning technology, and program management skills together in the design, development, evaluation and maintenance of learning and development programs.
Strong presentation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
Centralized Orientation & Required Orientation CORE or Learning Management System (LMS) Certification within 1 year of hire.
5 years of training in design, development, and delivery in a virtual and large audience setting.
Licensure/ Certification:
CORE or LMS System Certification
