Expected pay for this position is $36.04 - $42.40/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Engineer I uses skills and knowledge to support multiple aspects of the Biomedical Equipment Services program. This includes oversight of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program, Alternative Equipment Maintenance (AEM) strategy & oversight and regulatory compliance. The Clinical Engineer I participates in medical equipment planning & life-cycle management, and development, implementation, support & review of healthcare technology maintenance strategies.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's Degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5 years' experience in a Biomedical/Clinical Engineering role

Other Skills/Knowledge:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
