Expected pay for this position is $49.73 - $65.89/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.


Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Student Services serves as the primary liaison between OSF HealthCare and academic institutions, fostering collaborative relationships that enhance student learning, clinical readiness, and workforce alignment. This role manages both internal coordination and external partnerships to ensure students have meaningful, compliant, and mission-aligned experiences that support recruitment and long-term engagement with OSF HealthCare. The director plays a key leadership role in ensuring a seamless and quality student experience across academic programs, clinical rotations, and organizational entry points.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, education, public health, or related field

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in student services, academic program coordination, healthcare education, or clinical placement.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to academic partnerships.

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and cross-functional team coordination skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service orientation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Master’s degree in healthcare, education, public health, or related field

Experience:

  • 5 years’ experience in academic health programs, student affairs, or clinical education
  • Experience with student tracking systems, clinical site coordination, or academic relationship management platforms
