Expected pay for this position is $33.52 - $39.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Compensation Specialist is responsible for administering base pay, special pay, and incentive pay programs for staff and leadership positions. This role includes setting pay rates, completing pay equity reviews, and responding to compensation-related inquiries. The Compensation Specialist supports Mission Partners and leaders by ensuring accurate pay practices and compliance with applicable compensation policies and laws.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School Diploma/ GED
Experience:
2 years of HR experience and High School Diploma/GED or Associate's degree
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
