Expected pay for this position is $45.21 - $53.19/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an hourly position.


Overview

Multiple Sign On Bonus Options!

$5,000 -1 year work commitment

$10,000 - 2 year work commitment

$20,000 - 3 year work commitment

POSITION SUMMARY: The Physical Therapist assists patients in the restoration of physical function through evaluation and treatment.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

Licensure/Certifications:

  • Respective State license in Physical Therapy
  • American Heart BLS
  • Valid state Driver’s license and Insurance

Other skills/knowledge:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the population served.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills to communicate plan of care and educate family members on care. Communicates effectively with other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
  • Analytical ability to evaluate patients' physical and functional status, establish therapy goals, formulate treatment plans consistent with goals, observe patients and document status, and assist techs and assistants in resolving problems.
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to process detailed information in an accurate manner.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • One year experience in hospital or Home Care setting
