Expected pay for this position is $31.34 - $41.52/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager of Home Medial Equipment (HME) Operations oversees system-wide HME warehouse logistics and distribution of Home Care durable medical equipment.
- Partners with HME inventory and central distribution leadership to ensure efficient, consistant operations.
- Develops, implements and monitors processes to ensure work flow is efficient and compliments other areas of HME for smooth delivery of services for each area of responsibility; this includes product management, dispatch, delivery of equipment to and from the homes of patients.
- Ensures areas responsible for complies with Medicare, HIPPA and Joint Commission regulations and standards.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Associate Degree and 3 years experience in healthcare, Home Care, Home Medical Equipment, or warehouse merchandising/logistics.
or High School/GED and 5 years experience in healthcare, Home Care, Home Medical Equipment, or warehouse merchandising/logistics.
Other skills/knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor Degree Experience: 1 year experience in a management or leadership position in business or healthcare
