Expected pay for this position is $20.21 - $23.77/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: Establishes work priorities, organizes, assigns work to and coordinates activities of Mission Partners engaged in sterile processing. Trains staff for special handling and care of instruments for Sterile Processing, and reviews work to ensure completion in accordance with established policies and procedures. Coordinates instrument repairs, maintenance and refurbishing through third party vendor ensuring instrumentation meets all standards and requirements for use.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience Sterile Processing Experience
Licensure/Certifications:
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician by the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or by the International Association of Healthcare Central Sterile Material Management (IAHCSMM)
