Starting pay for this position is $17.14/hour.

Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Front Office Assistant Care Guide is a clerical position that will transition to a Medical Office Assistant Care Guide clinical position within 3-9 months of successful work experience and on-site training. The Care Guide provides exceptional customer service throughout patient interaction, providing the first impression for a patient in person or over the phone. Serves as a vital part of the office team performing a variety of front office duties, caring for patients in the clinic setting, working closely with the provider and other clinical staff.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School/GED
Other Licenses/Certifications: American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) within 2 weeks of hire Experience: Customer service experience
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Previous experience in healthcare Previous experience with an electronic health record Other requirements/information: Proven history of using good judgment, decision making, and displaying excellent customer service attitude
