Expected pay for this position is $18.80/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Assistant provides product support to Occupational Health in the area of digital platforms and vendor products. Works as the liasion between the Medical Group Clinics, Employers, On Call/Urgent Care, Hospitals and the Occupational Health Center of Expertise for system set up, compliance and utilization of all systems that support operational needs of each entity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School/GED Other Licenses/Certifications: ​Credentialed trainer for Agility, must obtain with the first year of hire Experience 2 years of experience in an office support role Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
