Expected pay for this position is $51.74 - $60.88/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring the implementation of programs and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention for the Pointcore team. Recommends and facilitates long-and short-term planning initiatives that coincide with the organization's strategic objectives. Partners with leadership and HR Centers of Expertise to provide consultative support in the areas of workforce planning and forecasting, workforce commitment, leadership development, performance excellence, and compensation. Assesses organizational challenges and designs compensation programs to meet operational needs as it relates to base pay, additional compensation, merit increases, market adjustments and incentive programs. This role has elevated responsibility and accountability with HR Operations and our HR Centers of Expertise in order to closely partner, collaborate, educate and connect the HR division with the unique Pointcore business needs and model.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
- 3 years progressively more responsible experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development in a complex organization in order to gain in-depth knowledge of effective employee retention and engagement strategies, including compensation program development.
- 1 year of formal or informal leadership experience, in order to demonstrate people and project leading skills.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Strong knowledge and ability to apply core principles of HR and organizational development strategies, including knowledge of local, state, and federal human resource law, including that which governs compensation administration.
- Proven strong interpersonal skills necessary to provide effective communication, including an effective and influential presentation style, in order to lead others at all levels of the organization toward the accomplishment of strategic goals.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to communicate and present information to executives and leaders.
- Demonstrated solid understanding and expertise in the areas of compensation, benefits and change management.
