Expected pay for this position is $36.04 - $42.40/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Facilities and Maintenance Operations Analyst is involved in a broad range of activities centered on the data and operational needs of OSF Facilities Management & Construction (FM&C). The Analyst will work closely with FM&C leadership and other OSF Healthcare entities to provide technical support and information that assists with decision making for operational and strategic needs. FM&C encompasses Facilities, Environmental Services, and Security disciplines. The Analyst will routinely perform data mining, analysis, and interpretation of financial, operational and trend information from various applications. The Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the administration and management of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) application to ensure full functionality of the system. This role will also assist with the evaluation of existing workflows and ensure data quality, through updates of property and equipment asset information.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, facilities management, construction, finance, or similar field.
- Experience: 5 years’ experience in facilities management.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Strong analytical skills are required to address operational and system related problems, to gather and interpret financial and clinical data, and to prepare clear, concise management reports.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are required to share information with OSF Mission Partners at various levels.
- The Analyst must be able to translate complex concepts and problems into verbal and written presentations and business plans.
- Excellent application skills (Power BI, Excel with attention to Pivot tables, Slicers, Power Pivot, etc.) are required with the ability to become expert in new information systems quickly.
- Able to evaluate technology in context of process & reporting needs and utilize such technology applications for creating reports.
- Proficient use of statistical, spreadsheet, database and reporting applications.
- Demonstrate expert analytical skills necessary to design and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and find practical solutions to difficult and complex problems.
- Independent judgment to prioritize tasks and projects and work without a significant amount of day-to-day supervision on routine or recurring analyses.
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, Microsoft Suite of Applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, Outlook, Strata, Enterprise Insights, Premier Enterprise, Premier Operations Advisor and other OSF applications.
- Knowledge of CMMS and embedded data and reporting functionality.
- OSF uses TMS from Accruent and therefore knowledge of or ability to quickly learn
- Facilities Maintenance Management, Work Order Management, and Preventive Maintenance methodologies, preferably in a regulated, healthcare environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Master's Degree
- Other Skills/ Knowledge: Understanding of facilities management and business operations as well as applications used to support them.
